Hey guys, I came across this contest to win a celebrity worn prom dress as well as a free 10 day Promfit Accelerator program membership and I know some of you guys will be going to prom this year or maybe next. The contest runs from April 23-May 6th O2 MAX will be offering girls an opportunity to win a dress for prom that was donated by Smokey Robinson’s daughter. “I love the idea of helping a girl with her confidence and self esteem as she gets ready for a milestone event like prom,” says Tamla.
To win this dress girls will be sharing a short 30-45 second video of what inspires them to be fit and healthy and how winning this dress and a 10 day PromFit Accelerator program will change their lives and help them inspire others to do the same.

Hey guys there is a new fitness program that I need to share with you. I remember a couple of years ago when I was getting ready for prom I wanted everything to be perfect. It was something I was really looking forward to. But I always felt super self conscious trying on dresses because of my weight. It was prom that first got me into fitness because I wanted to look good for prom.
A couple of days ago I came across this program and decided to look into it and see if it was worth recommending it to any of my high school age followers. It turned out to be pretty freaking amazing. The program is called PromFit and its an online fitness program which provides you with workouts customized to your body type. Nutrition planning to help you know what to eat. As well as fashion counseling to help you pick out a perfect prom dress to flatter your body type. I was really impressed with all of the materials that the program provided. They give you like three awesome EBook guides to help you prepare and lose weight for prom. Everything is tailored to exactly that high school girls need to lose weight and get healthy. Also everything about it is based on sound healthy principles. There are no unhealthy diets or tricks that don’t work. It’s just the perfect plan to tell you exactly what you need to do to get in shape.
But I haven’t told you the very best part of the program. You get free access to a certified personal trainer through out the program. If you ever have any questions you can always ask for help. The program itself is awesome but the access to a personal trainer is why I recommend this program over any other program for getting fit in high school and specifically for prom. I wish I had known about something like this when I went to prom.
They have 2 differen’t programs right now for different goals and amounts of time you have to get in shape. They have a 6 week program for those who are looking to lose around 10 pounds before prom and their 10 day accelerator program which can help you lose that pound or two that will really help give you the perfect prom. The cool thing is that it’s not just about prom. Prom is just a motivator to get healthy and then keep being healthy. If you are ready get serious and get healthy for life. Protein Ranch Dressing: (Serves 4) - 55 Kcals per serving
1 Cup Cottage Cheese (Watch your label, sometimes low fat doesn’t mean low calories and the regular cottage cheese is only a few cal. more)
3-4 tsp. Buttermilk Ranch Dressing mix
1/4 C. water (or milk if you prefer: Milk will add more calories) add more water if the consistency is too thick for your liking.
Add ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. (About 3 min.) Enjoy!
Kiwi Mango Pineapple Super Smoothie Ingredients 2 ounces fresh organic baby spinach 1 leaf swiss chard (optional) 2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple 1 cup fresh or frozen mango 3 kiwis, with the skin 1/2 avocado 1 tablespoon chia seed or flax seed 1 banana 1 & 1/2 cups water - Blend to green goodness : )
