Although I love my Breville electric wok, beautiful rolling pin and Williams Sonoma goodies I think the best present this year was one I gave myself: a new body, attitude, and lifestyle. Healthy weight loss isn’t a quick fix but it will work and give you results you can keep off and be proud of! :)
